THE SIM card Gold Coast doctor Mohamed Haneef gave his cousin was found in a car used in a bomb attack on Glasgow Airport, a court heard.
Haneef (right), 27, was charged with supporting terrorism in Brisbane Magistrates Court yesterday after being held for questioning for 12 days.Prosecutor Clive Porritt said that, by providing the card, Haneef had been "reckless" and had supplied the alleged terrorists with a usable alternative identity.His lawyer said the case was weak but the magistrate ordered Haneef back to jail until tomorrow.British police yesterday charged Haneef's cousin Sabeel Ahmed, 26, with having information that could prevent an act of terrorism.
